| Each Student/Parent is Required to Read the Kinlough Academy Policies & Procedures and check the website regularly for event information. Lesson Fees are due at the first lesson of each quarter, regardless of attendance. A 10% fee will apply to late payments. If class is cancelled, you will be credited toward the next quarter If class is cancelled in close proximity to a performance, a make-up lesson will be scheduled and students are expected to attend. Parents are not allowed in the hall during class time, please do not need to be reminded. Please fill out the Emergency Information & Registration; even if you have been with the school in the past, we need to update change of email's, etc...... A sign up sheet will be available at the door during lessons for optional engagements throughout the year, please be sure to check the website for up to date event information. Dancers need to attend practice prior to show. Students are expected to be present at each lesson and ready to dance 5 minutes prior to their designated lesson time. The restroom should be used before class to avoid interruptions. St. Patrick's Day performances are mandatory. Students are dependent upon each other to perform many dances. If a student fails to attend, they will be excluded from a future dance out. If a dancer suffers from any illness, injury or disability please disclose pertinent information for their safety. By enrolling in lessons, it will be assumed that the student is physically and mentally able to participate with out suffering any ill effects. Please leave jewelery, gum and candy at home. These items create potential health hazards while dancing and are difficult to clean up after. A water bottle is encouraged to bring to each class. Students should wear athletic shorts with a tee shirt or sweatshirt for each lesson. JEANS ARE ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Please make sure your dancing shoes are labeled with your name on the inside or bottom of each shoe and clean up anything left after each lesson. Neither the hall or instructors are responsible for anything left behind. Please check website for class cancellations during bad weather. Students will not be allowed to leave the building alone, please meet your child inside at the end of class. If alternate arrangements are made for a dancer to be picked up by someone other then a parent, please make this known ahead of time. HAVE FUN!!!!!
